 Michael
L. Miozza, President of Health & Safety Solutions Inc.,
is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor, a
designation he received from the Board of Environmental,
Health and Safety Auditor Certifications (BEAC).
Michael is also a Certified Safety Professional
(CSP). He received this designation from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals
and is a certified Building Biology™ Environmental Consultant
(BBEC). He is a former Rhode Island Environmental Lead Inspector
Technician. Michael has been the Environmental, Safety and
Health Director for a Fortune 100 and 1000 company over the
past 14 years.
The residential
division of Health & Safety Solutions Inc. was formed
in 2003. This division was created shortly after the owner
and his family experienced adverse health affects from a moisture
problem in the finished basement of the home they had recently
purchased. After becoming certified as a Building Biology™
Environmental Consultant (BBEC) at the highly recognized Institute
of Bau-Biologie™ and Ecology in Clearwater, Florida,
Michael was able to solve his moisture problem and has been
able to help numerous clients with their environmental challenges.
Health and Safety Solutions Inc. has made a significant investment
in diagnostic equipment to help assess the home and office
environment. We take pride in educating the client about their
indoor environment and the methodology to reduce their exposure
